Included in your PAS subscription, we offer 1-2 visits per year with 10-20 hours of Expert by Your Side (EBYS) customer care (dependent on program option). This support also includes the latest software updates and in-depth analysis of your site/machine-specific performance trends. Customers will receive a technical recommendation, explanation, and benefit impact of resolution as part of their consultation.
